My car was parked stationary -another car plowed into the side - witnessed by others - I wasnt there. Police found the driver damage on their car matched and paint from my car on their vehicle. I was fully comp. She denied the damage police gave her a caution and I ended up footing bill. Insurance said she denied it! bonus I got use of courtesy car! Every voice makes a difference. can you imagine if everyone who had ever had a problem with an insurance company did a video on youtube!
